Dr Skin Central (“we”) is responsible for the personal information you give us when you use this shop. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and what you bought.
• Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or phone.

Your skin quiz answers stay in your browser. They are not sent to us or stored.

How we use it

We use your information to take payment, deliver your order, deal with returns and answer your questions (to perform our contract with you), and to keep accounting records (a legal obligation). We will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop: our payment provider (Stripe), our web host (IONOS), and our delivery carrier. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years to meet tax and accounting rules. Account details are kept until you ask us to close your account.

Cookies

The shop uses essential cookies to keep your basket and to log you in. Our payment provider uses cookies to prevent fraud. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@drskincentral.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
