About us
This shop is run by Dr Skin Central, 5 The Walk, Ipswich IP1 1EA. You can contact us on info@drskincentral.com or 01473 948 271.
Your order
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly. If we do, we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and are the full price you pay for the product. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
Prescription-only products
Some products shown in our shop, such as tretinoin and the Obagi Nu-Derm and Obagi-C Rx systems, are prescription-only medicines. They cannot be bought online. They are only supplied after a consultation, if a registered prescriber decides they are clinically appropriate for you. Booking a consultation does not guarantee that a product will be prescribed.
Using our products
Please read the label and instructions before use, and patch test new products. The information, routines and skin quiz on this website are general guidance about skincare. They are not a diagnosis or medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a skin condition, please speak to Dr Chi or your GP before starting new active skincare.
Cancellations and returns
Please see our Delivery & returns page.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
